TransClipper provides video transcription, AI-powered script generation, bulk import, and related tools for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content. Features and availability may change.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to upload content you do not have the right to use. You must comply with the terms of the platforms whose content you transcribe (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
TransClipper and its content, design, and technology are owned by us. You retain rights to content you create using the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of transcriptions or AI outputs. We are not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, or Google.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransClipper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
